MANAGERS MEETING 8th OCTOBER

1. To start, any feedback from fundraising meeting will be much appreciated. Now there is a fund raising group this will hopefully stop the managers from being involved too much on that side of things.
2. Any problems with any aspects of the fund raising ring Chris[but not after 9pm]
3. Last league meeting – no problems.
4. Roger has now completely stood down, if you need anything see or ring Caroline[I will try my best but please understand that am still learning].
5. There have been some issues with postponing games. You have got to give 28 days notice and you need a letter from the club secretary.
6. If you need to cancel any fixtures do them as soon as possible.
7. If you think you may have incurred any fines we need to know as soon as possible.
8. Any teams left with any subs these need to be paid a.s.a.p.
9. We currently have @ £4000 in the bank. This will be going towards training/pitches etc.
