Managers Meeting February 2008-02-25
All teams represented.
1. Training; booked at Meadowhead till w/c 10th March after this date teams using this facility need to find somewhere else to train.
2. Season has been extended to the 15th March for all teams with a backlog on fixtures.
3. All teams asked if they have any problems-no problems.
4. Finances-some pitches still to pay for and obviously presentation night.
5. Race Night-any spare tickets to be handed back in as soon as possible as some teams require more to sell.1st race is kicking off at 8pm so if you are going to be there for @ 7.30pm.There will be 2xprize draws for £50 and the tricast could win you £100.Race night is on the 29th February[this Friday] don’t forget.
6. Presentation nights are booked for 2nd May for both girls teams and up to u11 boys and 16th May for the u12s to the u18s.
7. A charity match is hopefully being arranged for the 18th May.
8. Discipline-again a reminder that nobody is allowed on the pitches unless the ref has allowed you.The FA are clamping down on this so it really needs to be sorted.
9. All referees must now be sorted out with the child protection-make sure yours is.
