well wat a win, our home fixture but that got changed to away due to our pitch being unplayable after myself inspected it and decided it wasnt no were near playable,
sunny day and the pitch at graves park in good condition the pitch were we started our season so well winning then 7-2 in a tight encounter so was this one the 1st game we had more of the ball after changing the team slighty we won everything in the air and battled well, a game with few chances and at the end of the 1st half we were drawing 0-0, but winnig everything from tackles and headers making us look like a physical and strong team with good passing but no break though,
the 2nd half was more of the same very tight will shearstone making 1 or 2 good saves and kicking well ending up with the mom award conor not putting a foot wrong and liam and jamie tackling and passing well, sam cutts winning headers and tackling hard and so to was william t with some good passing , we had a few attemps at goal but the goal coming from a good move sam passed to john then to jordan back to john who laid it of to jordan and he finished well at the near post, we did have another chance before the end with john cleverly chipping the keeper but it hit the crossbar, well played altogether .
game 2 again was much of the same, but they got the breakthrough first with sloppy defending and we did do that all half sloppy and never looked comfortable at the back, the second half was different we battled nd played realy well, reuben after being left on the bench and getting brought off when he came on again he did what we told himto doand did very well getting the mom award, oliver was solid as ever and matt playing in defence did well and captained the team well, sam smith up front battled well and showed some great strengh, we got our goal back from a clever corner benj who played well passed to reuben and reuben moved into the box and slammed the ball home pass the sleeping norton defence, josh and madison both battled well, but the highlight of the game was when there striker had a volly shot fromthe edge of the box going in the top corner and game looking like going into extra time but an amazing save by frazier mcdermid who made great saves all match, and was unlucky not to get the momaward, well done lads and lets hope we can keep this win and take it into the next game, c ya thursday lads, 630 dont forget, extra minutes if late, well done
