Wisewood Tournament

Abbey Lane competed for the 2nd year running in this growing event.

It is a full weekend 11-a-side competition which is great pre-season training for the lads.

Abbey qualified to contest the plate, winning their semi-final beating a team who they lost to in the league stages.. it was a superb performance, and the best the lads played in the tournament.

The Final was played against Wisewood, who we had beaten 4 - 2 in the league stages, but this final game was one too many for a very tired team.

A great weekend for all, and some VERY good performances were seen.
